Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Corundum Breeze’s website and the services provided at our hotel. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

Reservations and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in: Standard check-in time is 1400 Hrs. Early check-in up to 6 hours before will be charged 50% of the contract rate, and early check-ins exceeding 6 hours will be charged at the full rate, subject to availability.
• Check-out: Standard check-out time is 1100 Hrs. Late check-outs until 1800 Hrs incur a 50% charge of the contract rate, subject to availability. Rooms occupied after 1800 Hrs will be charged at the full rate unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Children Policy
Children under 6 years may share a bed with an adult at no additional charge.

• Deluxe Double Room: Max 1 child under 6 years.
• Junior Suite: Max 2 children under 6 years.
• Two-Bedroom Suite: Max 2 children under 6 years.
  Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a 50% discount on meal supplements. No additional beds are provided for this age group.

Cancellations

Guests may cancel reservations up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability

Corundum Breeze is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or strikes, that may affect your stay.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
